    US: Key States Presidential Candidates Lack a Clear Leader, According to Polls.

    In the critical states of North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Michigan, a series of recently released UMass Lowell/YouGov polls conducted in mid-October reveals that the presidential races are close, with no distinct leader between Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump.

    In North Carolina, the poll indicates that Trump is receiving 47% of the vote, while Harris is receiving 45% of the vote among likely voters. The CNN poll of North Carolina, which was released today, also indicates that there is no distinct leader in the state. Harris is supported by 48% of likely voters, while Trump is supported by 47%.

    The Pennsylvania poll conducted by UMass Lowell/YouGov is also deadlocked, with Harris at 48% and Trump at 47%. In Michigan, Harris wins 49% of the vote to Trump’s 45% among likely voters, which is within the survey’s margin of error.

    Harris maintains a slight advantage over Trump in the state of New Hampshire, according to the UMass Lowell/YouGov poll, with a margin of 50% to 43% for the vice president.

    In the interim, the latest CNN Poll of Polls average of surveys in North Carolina has yet to identify a distinct leader in the race. The average of 48% of likely voters supporting Trump and 47% Harris.
