The Spanish Consulate in Dakar, Senegal, has opened a Visa Collection Center in The Gambia to help travelers apply for Schengen visas, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation, and Gambians Abroad.
As a result of this breakthrough, Gambians would be able to apply for Schengen Visitor’s Visas in Banjul rather than needing to go to Dakar, the ministry said.
Up to 100 appointments each month will be handled by Manjai-based BLS International, which will offer the service via their website: https://senegal.blsspainvisa.com.
In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs wished Spain a Happy National Day in advance and thanked the Kingdom of Spain, especially the Spanish Missions in Dakar and Banjul, for their assistance and collaboration.
