The Brusubi and Brufut Anti-Crime sections responded to a report of a suspected suicide in Brufut on Saturday, November 9, 2024, involving 57-year-old Belgian national Eric Frans T. de Lucke, according to a statement issued by the Gambia Police Force.
The statement claims that in order to collect evidence and elucidate the incident’s circumstances, the Crime spot Investigation (CSI) team and CID officers went to the spot.
The statement says, “The public is encouraged to come forward with any information that could aid the investigation, even as the police continue to probe into the matter.”The Gambia Police Force restated its dedication to protecting public safety and guaranteeing everyone’s security.
